I have always asked God, “What is my talent?”  I remember reading the parable found in Mathew 25:14-30, and I could not understand why the Lord was so upset about the servant burying his talent, a measurement of money in biblical times. I thought he was being smart to save it.  I was wrong.  The servant who buried his talent was throwing away what God gave him to share and multiply. He was being lazy (Matthew 25:26).

When God gives us something like a gift or a talent, we need to use it for His glory.  All of our talents and gifts belong to God.  I like to sing.  I sing in my church choir.  I use my gift to sing praises to God because he is worthy.  I can’t imagine using my gift in any other way.  What talent has God given you? How can you use that talent to bring glory to God?  If you don’t know what your talent is, what are some that you can display to bring glory to God?
